In September 2024 we have vacancies in Year 5.  Please see below on how to make an application.  If you are looking for a place in Years 3, 4 and 6 you are very welcome to apply and we will add you to our waiting list. 

Processes are in place to notify the local authority of every application and outcome as soon as reasonably practicable with an aim to do this within two days.

Information for parents/carers who have accepted a place for their child to join LDSM.

Please complete and submit the Record of Information form.  It is essential that we have these details in advance of your child starting school.   Please note that it is not necessary to do this if your child/ren is joining us from Long Ditton Infant and Nursery School.
